Welcome to Satnam Wallpapers. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Satnam Wallpapers mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App and to make any purchases.

2. Your Account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud or abuse.

3. Subscription & Payment

• The App offers a free 3-day trial and a Monthly Plan priced at ₹149 per month.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Razorpay's terms.
• Each subscription is a one-time purchase for 30 days; it does not auto-renew. You may renew at any time from within the App.
• Prices may change in the future; any change will only apply to new purchases made after the change is announced.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Because each subscription is a single 30-day purchase that does not auto-renew, there is nothing to "cancel" — you simply do not buy the next month. For refund eligibility, please see our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the wallpapers, except for personal, non-commercial use on your own devices.
• Use the App to transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, the payments system, or other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All wallpapers, artwork, the Satnam Wallpapers name, and the App itself are owned by us or by our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the wallpapers on your own devices while your subscription is active.

7. Devotional Content

The App contains imagery and references that are sacred to the Sikh faith, including the Khanda, Ik Onkar, and the Guru Granth Sahib. We ask all users to treat this content with respect.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific wallpaper will remain available indefinitely.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
