Satnam Wallpapers respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect our users to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains how copyright applies to content in the App and how to report material that you believe infringes your rights.
1. Ownership
All wallpapers, artwork, illustrations, videos, the Satnam Wallpapers name and logo, and the App software itself are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. They are owned by us or by the original artists and are used either with permission, under licence, or under a public-domain or fair-use basis.
2. Permitted Use
While your subscription is active, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
- Set wallpapers from the App as the home or lock screen on your own device(s).
- Share an individual wallpaper with friends and family for personal, non-commercial purposes via the App's share button.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute any wallpaper from the App.
- Use any wallpaper for advertising, merchandising, or any commercial product.
- Re-upload wallpapers to other apps, websites, or stock-image platforms.
- Modify or create derivative works for redistribution.
4. Sacred Imagery
Many wallpapers depict sacred Sikh imagery, including Ik Onkar, the Khanda, and the Guru Granth Sahib. Beyond legal restrictions, we ask all users to handle this content with the respect it deserves and never use it in a context that may be considered disrespectful.
5. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content in the App infringes your copyright, please send a notice to contact@dotmatrix.in with the following information:
- Your name, address, and contact details.

- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will review every notice promptly and remove or disable access to the disputed content if appropriate.
6. Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with a clear explanation and contact details. We will consider counter-notices in good faith.
