Refund Policy

We want every user to have a great experience with Satnam Wallpapers. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Try Before You Buy
Every new user is eligible for a 3-day free trial with full access to all premium wallpapers. We strongly recommend using the trial to make sure the App meets your needs before purchasing the Monthly Plan.
2. General Rule
Because subscriptions provide immediate digital access to premium content, paid Monthly Plans are generally non-refundable once the payment is processed.
3. When You Can Request a Refund
We will consider a refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once for the same period.
- Failed activation. Your payment succeeded but the subscription was never activated, and the issue could not be resolved.
- Unauthorised payment. A payment was made from your account without your permission. (Please also report unauthorised activity to your bank.)
4. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@dotmatrix.in from the email associated with your account, within 7 days of the charge. Please include:
- Your registered email address.
- The Razorpay payment ID or order ID (visible in the email receipt).
- A short description of the issue.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 7–10 business days. The exact timeline depends on your bank.
6. Trials & Promotional Plans
The 3-day trial is free of charge, so it cannot be refunded. Promotional or discounted plans follow the same rules as the standard Monthly Plan unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
